While there were no artists in the family-history but one, my very intellectual upbringing founded a strong interest in literature and great admiration of the arts.
Growing up, I was interested in carreers such as a ballerina, a writer and a journalist. Dreams altered and after wandering about, I found the core of what I really wanted: to become an artist in Fine Art.

To earn a living during the past years studying Fine Art and Dutch Literature, I had a lot of different parttime jobs. I've been a ground flight attendant, a barkeeper, a waitress, a legal administration employee, a promogirl for parfume and cigarettes, a one-time model and shoe-artist; currently I work parttime at a ballet store.
